How do I order physical media from FileConnect for my Symantec Enterprise product upgrade?
Depending on your entitled product and your shipping address, you may or may not be eligible to request physical media on the FileConnect site. If you are eligible, there will be a checkbox next to the product listing in the main â Product Selectionâ page. By clicking this checkbox and clicking the â Ship Me a CDâ button at the bottom of the page, you will begin the shipping process. Generally, CDs will be available for products up to 12 weeks after a new release. . If you feel you are eligible, and do not see the link, contact Symantec Enterprise Customer Service for further assistance.. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the physical media.
