How do I prevent EP from serving cached content if Plone/Enfold Server is down?

Unless Plone uses the Cache Control: must-revalidate or Cache Control: proxy-revalidate header, EP will serve a cached copy of this page if the backend Plone server goes down. When this header is set, you will receive an error message instead of a stale page.
