How do I prevent Norton Internet Security 2006TM from blocking the software?
• Open Norton Internet SecurityTM by clicking the Start button → All Programs → Norton Internet Security → Norton Internet Security. • When the software loads, click the Norton Protection Center button on the left. • Click Security Basics under the Your PC and Data heading. • Click Personal Firewall on the new window that appears, and choose Configure Personal Firewall from the drop down list. • Click the Programs tab. • Click the Add… button under the Manual Program Control section. • Browse to the software’s main folder, which is typically found under C:\Program Files. • In the software’s main folder, select the main executable file (ends in .exe) and click the Open button.
