How do I prevent people from tampering with my SiteStat thermostats?
SiteStats have some unique features that deter tampering and prevent wasted energy. SiteStat button functions can be restricted so the room temperature can be increased or decreased by only 3 degrees from normal, and return to setpoint within the hour. Also, SiteStats can be placed in a closet or other unconditioned area and be controlled remotely. Hidden temperature sensors tell the SiteStats when to call for heating or cooling.
