How do I print .dvi files generated by TeX?
In order to print out files with “.dvi” extension (ie. files generated by TeX), you have two options: 1. Convert the file to a postscript format and send the new file to a postscript laser printer. Use /usr/local/bin/dvips with the -f argument to convert the file to a postscript format. Direct the output of this command to a new file.
