How do I provide comments/concerns on a development project during the review process?

0

You may provide written comments/concerns on any development project during the review process. These comments may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the City Community Development Department. You are welcome to voice your concerns to the Planning Commission directly at the Public Meeting when the project is agendized. The Planning Commission meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Agendas for the Planning Commission are posted on the City’s website at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting day. Staff reports are available to the public at that time, as well.
