How do I receive credit for items returned to bloomingdales.com?
You can return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you in the original tender. For gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information, or if you paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for a future online or in-store purchase. If you’re returning a gift, the amount can be credited to a Bloomingdale’s account, an existing Gift Card or a store merchandise certificate (MOC), which can be used at any Bloomingdale’s store.
