How do I reconnect mobile service online for the same device?
To reconnect mobile service online for the same device you used before: • Make sure you are signed in to My Verizon and go to the Suspend / reconnect service page. • Select the mobile number for which you will be reconnecting service. • Click on the Continue button. • If you are reconnecting service for the same device, click on the Reconnect Service button. • You have successfully reconnected service. A confirmation page will display indicating your service has been reconnected.
