How do I redeem credits, coupons and gift certificates online?
We regret that we are unable to apply member credits, coupons and gift certificates to your online preseason order at the time you submit it. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your order however, you are welcome to contact us with credit and gift certificate information or present the coupon after submission and we will apply it toward your order when your seating is processed. Coupons must be physically presented either by mail or in person to be redeemed. Any overpayment will be refunded back to your credit card. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us to redeem your credit, coupon or gift certificate information no later than August 25, 2007 for an adjustment to be made. This exception is for the pre-season period ONLY. Credits, coupons and gift certificates will not be accepted for previous orders during the regular season.
