At the command line prompt type in ipconfig /release, and then press . The current IP address is released, and the command prompt displays. At the command prompt, type in ipconfig /renew and press . The new IP address displays. Close the command window. • On a Mac, select System Preferences > Network > Built-in Ethernet > TCP/IP, then select Using DHCP from the drop-down list, and click on Renew DHCP lease. NOTE: Rebooting your computer is another way of renewing the IP address.

You cannot refresh the ip address, if you are using static ip address.If you have Static Ip address, Contact your service provider and request a IP Change.If it is dynamic ip address, you can refresh it easily by resetting the modem or switching it off and on or you can do the other below method
