The registration process is straightforward and can be conducted entirely online there is no need to spend time completing paper-based forms. To register, click on the ‘New Users Register Here’ button. Once you have read through and accepted the Terms & Conditions, the next step is to complete the Online Registration Form. Simply follow the instructions to complete your personal details, choose a password (this should be between 6 and 18 digits) and select from the list of available companies in the drop-down boxes, the companies you wish to pay. Please remember that you’ll need to have the bills you wish to pay to hand, as you will be required to enter your Customer Reference Number. For security reasons, you will also be asked to enter a brief security question and answer please make sure this is information that you can easily remember and is known only to yourself. You will be asked to enter this information if you forget your password (for password retrieval process see below).
