If you have installed the Essential Evidence Plus Updater application on your Windows PC, the Updater should automatically register your copy of Essential Evidence Plus for you when you perform a HotSync. You may be asked to supply your Essential Evidence Plus password to register. If you have not installed the Essential Evidence Plus Updater or the Updater is not properly registering your installation of Essential Evidence Plus, you will need to manually register the program.
