How do I remove scuff marks from ceramic tile?
Toothpaste works on black scuff marks. To remove heel marks, take a pencil eraser and rub them off. To remove black scuff marks from floor, rub them with a paste of baking soda and water. To remove black heel marks from floors, simply spray with hair spray and wipe clean before it dries. Use a brillo pad on floors to remove black scuff marks. It keeps the shine and actually cleans the floor. It works great on stains of any kind. Use soapy pads that are damp and just gently rub in circular motions until the stain is gone. Take a paper towel or old cleaning cloth and put a little dab of mayonnaise on the cloth. Rub on scuff mark, and it will come out. Be sure to spray an all purpose cleaner (glass cleaner works) where you used the mayo. This will insure that the floor is not slick, and no one will slip and fall.
