For IE6 or earlier (See below for IE7): • Go to C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files • Delete the “Driver Agent ActiveX Control” file “C:\windows” might be “C:\winnt” depending on which version of windows is installed. Also, the “Downloaded Program Files” directory name can change slightly, but it will be similar. For IE7 and Vista: • If you have IE7 browser open with Driver Agent, close it and open another IE7 browser window. • From IE7, select Tools->Manage Add-ons->Enable or Disable Add-ons. • From Manage Add-ons dialog, choose Show: Downloaded ActiveX Controls (32-bit) • If the Driver Agent ActiveX Control is installed you should see it listed. Select it, then press Delete button. NOTE: If you followed IE6 instructions to delete the Driver Agent ActiveX Control, it may not be completely removed. To verify, from DOS command window, change to directory “C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files”. If file “driveragent.ocx” exists, delete it.
