How do I remove the used votive candle from the bottom of the crystal holder?
Method #1: Place holder in the freezer for 1 hour and the wax in the bottom of the crystal should remove easily. Method #2: Before lighting the votive for the first time, place 1/2 teaspoon of water in the crystal holder. This will enable you to remove the melted remnants of the votive candle easily.
