How do I replace a gx24q3 4 pin CF bulb with an LED?
the way I would try, not baing able to see the configuration of the fixture, would be to remove the ballast and socket, and replace them with a standard socket, and find an LED lamp that fits a standard socket. not being aware of any LED retrofit kits on the market, the only other think I would be able to think of to do would be to buy an LED fixture, and use the internal workings of it to rebuild your existing fixture, and that seems like an awful lot of work to me. the more sensible thing would be to find an LED fixture to replace the whole fixture with, but that may also be problematic. I wish you luck, I think you’ll need it for this one.
