How do I report email messages that have been filtered incorrectly?
If a junk email message should have been tagged/deleted/held but was not, forward the junk email message as an attachment to reportspam@shaw.ca. If a message was tagged or held as junk email but actually is not, forward the message as an attachment to reportNOTspam@shaw.ca. Please note the following: Messages must be forwarded as attachments. Shaw Webmail forwards messages as attachments by default, but many email programs, including Outlook Express, do not. See “Reporting an Incorrectly Filtered Message” for instructions on how to forward a message as an attachment in Outlook Express. For instructions on how to forward messages as attachments using other email programs, please see the program’s help documentation.
