How do I request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for my Microtek product in need of repairs?
Our repair center was closed in December of 2004. Microtek now only offers replacement for products that are under warranty. Products that are no longer under warranty can also be replaced, but at a cost to the customer. For pricing information, please call our Customer Service department at (310) 687 5940.
