How do I request equipment for showing a PowerPoint presentation or a website?
A. The four largest classrooms, Nelson 118 and 119, Fellowship Hall, and Hundley Hall, all have multimedia lecterns that allow for connection to a digital projector and our network. When you reserve the room, the equipment comes with it, and you dont need to request it on the reservation form. The smaller rooms, Gardencourt 205, 206, 209, 213, Nelson 10, and the Board Room all have permanent multimedia setups that include a monitor with a DVD/VCR and a network connection. These setups are on carts so they can be moved carefully within the room, but are not to be moved outside the room. Gardencourt 206 and Nelson 10 also have screens and digital projectors.
