How do I reset/change my HSC LiveMail password?
When signing into the HSC LiveMail service, you can indicate that you have forgotten your password. The system will send a temporary password to an alternate email address that you designated during setup. Once obtained, you can then change to a password of your choosing. Please remember that your passwords for your HSC LiveMail account and your UTHSCSA domain account do not synchronize. If you change one, it does not change the other. Please register at https://pwr.uthscsa.edu and answer the security questions. This will allow you to reset your UTHSCSA domain password in the future if you have forgotten it or you can contact Service Desk by e-mail, IMS Service Desk or phone, 567.7777, option 2, or come to room 416.L (Medical Bldg., 4th Floor). As a standard practice, it is a good idea to change your password often. As an example, you may want to set your password to expire every 72 days on your LiveMail account.
