How do I run CiscoWorks MDCSupport Utility?

A. Within Firewall MC, under the Admin tab, there is a Support link. This link takes you to a page that displays a path, a Browse button and an Execute button. Use the text field or Browse button to specify the location for the support file, and click Execute to create the support file. If your system is in a state where you cannot launch Firewall MC, or you do not want to disturb the state of the system any further, the MDCSupport executable is on the system path for your convenience. From a command prompt or shell, type MDCSupport. The file is generated and written to the CSCOpx/MDC/etc directory. Whether generated from within Firewall MC or from the command line, the file is named MDCSupportInformation.zip (on Windows) and MDCSupportInformation.zip (on Solaris) and overwrites any file that is in the CSCOpx/MDC/etc directory with the same name. Save the file to a different location and give it a unique name so you can identify it later.
