How do I run the Digger Derrick/ Insulated, Non-Insulated, and Tree Care Aerial Device Program?
• Insert the CDROM; after a few seconds the Altec SENTRY Program Splash screen will appear. On some computers, the program will not load by itself. Click the START button, click RUN and then enter “*:Altec-DD” (where “*” is the letter of your CDROM drive) Then click OK. • On some computers, an error message “Altec-DD.exe-Application Error” comes up while the splash screen is displayed. Change the default printer to a local printer by clicking on the START button, click SETTINGS, and click on PRINTERS. Highlight and right click on a local printer and select “Set as default”. • Each time you run the program, the version number of the program appears on the screen.
