You can use the offline diagnostics tools on Itanium Processor Family computers just as you would on the PA-RISC computers. The syntax and operation is the same. The only differences are the names of the tools and the way the offline diagnostics tools are launched. ODE is distributed only on the Offline Diagnostics and Utilities CD for the Itanium Processor Family.
