How do I search for validated OGs for a specific program in the electronic logbook?
In the electronic logbook there are a number of drop down menus in the top middle of the window. To search for exposures for a specific program first change the Semester menu to the semester in question. This will help limit the number of RunId’s you will need to search through. Next, select the RunId you want from the RunId menu. Now set the OG Status to Validated. Now you will need to select “All Entries” from the menu under the log tabs. There is not a lable by this menu. By default it is set to “Current Night”. See the image below to double check you have chosen the correct parameters for you search. Here we have chosen semester 2007A and RunId 07AC04. Anytime you change the time parameter the search will begin. It may take a few seconds to complete the search. If you change any of the other parameters and do not change the time parameter, you will need press the “Reload” button to begin the search.
