To do this, functions must be activated in two places. The first is in Inventory Items/Pricing Options/Pricing Levels. This selection will open a screen that permits assigning multiple prices on a single product. Each price entered on a product is given a level of 1-5. To assign these levels to a customer, go to Customers/Financials and right center screen is a field titled Pricing Levels. Select a number for a specific customer and when invoicing the price charged will be a reflection of the price level assigned in Inventory Items/Pricing Options/Pricing Levels. Note: All items assigned to a specific level will be the price charge to the customer assigned that level at invoicing.
