How do I set up a free chapter website hosted by the Texas Exes?
A. Contact Erin Campbell and let her know that the group is interested in getting a website set up. Designate who within the group will be the webmaster. Erin will set up a beta site for the group and send it on to the designated webmaster along with a manual which will walk him or her through the website. The chapter will be responsible for adding the content. The web template is very user friendly. Once the webmaster has added the content and is happy with the look of the site, email Erin and she will make it live. From there, edits can be made to the site by the webmaster or anyone listed on the chapter’s board. Edits will not be live automatically. The edits must be approved by the Association staff before they go live.
