How do I setup a Database Server for Eazy Eval Pro in my network?
Eazy Eval Pro uses PostgreSQL as the backend database server. Detailed Information on installing PostgreSQL is provided with the Eazy Eval Help System (Which can be accessed from here). However some key points that are to be noted while doing a PostgreSQL Installation on a Windows server are given here : 1. Make sure that you have an NTFS partition ready on the server before doing the installtion. 2. During PostgreSQL Installation, you are required to provide 2 sets of Username and Password. The first set is the credentials for the PostgreSQL, Operating System level account which is needed for the operation of the PostgreSQL Server. The second set of username and password is the account details needed by the user for logging into the PostgreSQL server. The second set of login details should be provided at the database configuration screen of the Eazy Eval Pro for creating an active connection. 3.
