How do i trap pillbugs and crickets in my backyard?
I know this sounds tedious and maybe a little gross, but I do it by hand. I gather up the pill bugs in a bunch and then squash them underfoot. The crickets (well, actually, I have grasshoppers more often) I make a game out of catching them by hand. I throw them to the ground and while they’re still stunned I squash them underfoot. You have to keep after them day by day until the population dies down. Good luck!
