Marylebone is the station for High Wycombe. It is, however, a real faff getting from the Eurostar station to the tube (in my opinion), especially if you have luggage. Also, you either face a walk from Baker Street Circle line station to Marylebone (not far, but daunting possibly if you don’t know London) or changing from the sub-surface Circle Line to the deep tube Bakerloo line for a 2 minute (if that) journey to Marylebone.
