The Advanced Trader platform is a Java-based program. If the platform is unusually slow or a problem occurs, often times this is because the client’s Java Cache is overloaded; many programs/websites store information on a person’s computer within their cache. To quickly resolve this issue, a person must simply clean out their Java cache.
