How do I use the integrated UW Directory address book?
Go to ‘Mail’, then go into ‘Options’ then ‘Addressbooks’ and add ‘UW Directory’ to your selected addressbooks. During Message Composition, you can now put a person’s name into the To, Cc or Bcc fields, then click on ‘Expand Names’ and it will look up the name in UW Directory. Optionally, go to ‘Address Book’ then go into ‘Options’ then ‘Column Options’ and for ‘UW Directory’ and put ’email’, ‘department’ and ‘office’ into ‘Selected Columns’. This is recommended if you plan to use the Address Book search feature.
