How do I use the Remote Control feature of Terminal Services?
The Remote Control feature in Windows 2000 Terminal Services allows authorized users to interact with other users` sessions, enabling a more functional helpdesk. To grant the `helpdesk` group, non-administrators, the right to initiate a Remote Control session: 1. Open the Terminal Services Configuration tool. 2. Double-click the connection you want to modify. 3. Select the Permissions tab. 4. Press Advanced. 5. Press Add. 6. Add the user or group. 7.
