How do i use TopUp?
Simply follow the steps on the mCommerce menu. Select ‘Pinless’ if you want your airtime ( or third party’s airtime) to be topped up automatically without using a recharge pin. Select ‘Pin’ to topup using the recharge card Pin number.Select ‘Self’ to top up your phone airtime or ‘Third party’ to top up another phone airtimeSelect the Network airtime you want to buy. Currently Zoom, MTN, Etisalat, Starcomms, Glo, Visafone, Zain can be purchased.Select Amount to purchaseEnter: Prepaid/Postpaid line (if using the Pinless option)Select the Card to Use: ( this is the Card you want to be debited for the purchase)Select Account type: (this is either Current account or Savings account)Enter Card PinConfirm your entries and send.You will receive a success message if the transaction was successful. If you do not get any response and your account was debited but airtime not delivered, contact eTranzact Helpdesk.
