How do parents/CASA/Juvenile attorney get their recommendations to the Service Consultants prior to the disposition hearing?

Through the Probation Officer. The communication described in the statute is for the Governmental departments to communicate about the recommendations of payment. If others have recommendations, they should arrange to communicate that to the Probation Officer who may then want to communicate that to the Service Consultant. If that is not possible, then they need to present their recommendations at the Court hearing.
