How do participants conduct the survey?
• The NDNQI RN Survey is available on-line for a 3-week period in the month selected during registration to eligible RNs on any patient care unit. • To participate in the NDNQI RN Survey, hospitals must have a confirmed registration (see “How do participants register for the NDNQI RN Survey?”). • Participating facilities must identify a Survey Coordinator within their facility.Survey Coordinators will be guided by a timeline and a detailed Data Collection Protocol. Survey Coordinators will use an individualized Survey Coordinator Webpage to manage all phases of the survey process, from preparing for data collection, to following response rates during the data collection period, to downloading reports.
