How do people keep horses hydrated at shows, when they won drink out of a bucket?

She’ll drink when she’s thirsty. My gelding would rarely drink at a show and mostly only when the shows were overnight or several days. Give her electrolytes before the show (several days before) so that she has a little extra help but I wouldn’t worry if she doesn’t drink. I’d hose her down like someone else suggested (as long as the weather permits). Is she in shape?? If she’s not in top physical shape and you took her to a show an put her in 3 classes that could be why she was lethargic. Make sure that she’s in the best shape she can be before putting her in too many classes, give her electrolytes several days before the show (I started my gelding on them 2 weeks before show season started in April and didn’t stop them until show season ended in November but we showed almost every weekend) and she should be fine.
