How do RSO’s advertise their meetings and/or other events?
Registered Student Organizations and campus departments are allowed to advertise and post on campus. However, everything must receive prior approval by the Student Activities Office. Once the flyer is approved, an employee of Student Activities will post the flyer on designated boards around campus. Registered Student Organizations can request signs to be made for their meetings. Requests should be made at least one week in advance. Off-campus solicitation can ONLY be posted on the Community Board in the Student Center. Please view the Posting Policy for further information.
