Net proceeds will benefit United Cerebral Palsy, and its local affiliates, and their mission to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities. Ninety percent of the net proceeds will be directed specifically for local affiliate initiatives in the communities where the Rides take place. Ten percent of the net proceeds will be used to support the national work that UCP does on behalf of people with disabilities everyday, which includes providing support for research into the causes, treatments and therapies for people with disabilities.
