Swyft Learning editors typically use the Track Changes function in Microsoft Word when proofreading your document (this is why we prefer the .doc format). When you receive the edited document, you should go to Tools->Track Changes and select Accept or Reject Changes. This will allow you to move through each change to see the suggestions made by your editor. If you would like to accept or reject the changes, you may do so individually or all at once. If you submit a document in another format, please note that the editor will typically make the changes directly in the document, using boldface to highlight their changes and brackets “[ ]” to indicate their comments.
