How do u define trust and respect in a relationship???
If you don’t know if there is, that is not a good sign! Simplistically: I define trust by my b/f not asking me who I was with, but instead asking how much fun I had. He doesn’t want to know who I text or talk to, he tells me to spend time with my friends and never accuses me of anything. He tells me what he is thinking, even if I won’t agree, because he trusts me to trust him. I define respect by the way he opens doors, and talks WITH me, not TO me. He doesn’t need the last word and makes sure I am always comfortable, never pressured, or stressed. He never raises his voice or gets impatient, he tells me how he feels and what he thinks and I know my opinion is important.
