I use 1lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork Italian bread crumbs 1 c. season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic powder. roll into 2in, balls brown in olive oil, or bake turning a couple of times to make sure all sides are cooked. Enjoy, serve with spaghetti sauce or put them in a can or two of cream of mushroom soup with a 1\2 c.
