How do we manage the local mapping of our courses to the Course Group State codes as provided in the CALPADS code sets?
On the Course table in the bottom right you will see a CBEDS number field. That is the Course Group State field for CALPADS and the numbers are correct but many are listed that say No Longer Used because they were dropped. Also, you can use 6012 for courses you do NOT want to report and Aeries will know not to extract them.
