Sweet potato are a great dish for any family gathering or parties. It’s easy, quick, and absolutely delicious. This is not just any sweet potato pie but a very nice, rich, and creamy dish that’s quick to whip up. It’s also great to get your kids involve in it. In a large bowl, drain the 3 cans of sweet potato mix them up in the bowl. Combine all the melted butter, cinnamon, and salts with the sweet potato and hand mix it or electric mixer until they all blended together well. Preheat the oven to 350°F Pour the blended sweet potato into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. baking pan. Then, add the marshmallow all over the top of the sweet potato. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes or until the marshmallow are lightly browned. Take it out and set it to cool down for 10 minutes and ENJOY!
