Use the Joker’s buzzer on the generator to the left and then get into the crane. 4. Pick up a pink teddy bear and drop it on the police van to blow it up. 5. The commissioner comes down, so beat on him until he runs away. 6. Use the crane to grab a bear and drop it on the second van that shows up. 7. This repeats until the commissioner’s health is gone.
