One of the most effective ways to make a constructed deck is to have a combination that prevents your opponent from doing anything at all. A great method to achieve this is a stasis deck. Gather your blue and white cards, as these are the two colors you’ll need to make the deck. Lay out four copies of Stasis, a blue enchantment that prevents untapping.
