How do you change a body mount on a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder?
first remove the nut from the mounting bolt for the body mounting bushing that you need to replace, it is accessable from under the vehicle, then pull the bolt out through the top ( you may have to remove some interior pieces to gain access). Then you can use a jack to lift the body slightly in order to slide out the bad grommet, pay attention to the position of the washers for later. Install the new grommet and washers and insert bolt before releasing the jack to ensure that it is aligned properly, and install nut. Do not mix up the bolts as they are different lengths for different areas of the chassis.
