If files have no extension or the wrong extension, a user needs to change the file extensions to allow the correct program to open the file. Download “Extension Renamer” from Brothersoft (link found in Resources section below). Double-click “ExtensionRenamer.exe” to open the Extension Renamer installation window. Follow the onscreen steps for installation. Open “Extension Renamer” and click “Select Directory.” Navigate to the folder containing the files needing a different extension.
