Ever have to sue someone for a debt they owe you only to find it is easy to win in court and very difficult to get the debtor to pay you? I am assuming you already have sued the debtor and won. Much of the process in collecting on your money judgment will hinge on what you know about your debtor. You need to discover your debtor’s place of employment, where they are banking, what assets they have that are unencumbered, or any other source of income they may have.
