How Do You Cook Boudin Sausage?
“I’m here to show you how to make Boudin. Okay we got our links our boudin right here we punched in some little bitty pin holes in it so that once we steamed them the skin or the casting won’t burst. We got a little steamer going here the thing is that we’re going to put them in a steamer oh, for about 10, 15 minutes and what we’re doing is actually cooking that casting and once we finish that well we’ll see what else we can do with that. We’re going to fit this rack that we have here into our steamer, make sure you can get them to fit all in there, put the top on, and let those start steaming, once again that’s so that we can cook our casting so that you know it’s cooked it’s pretty much a raw at this point.
