Remove the tip from the chicken wing and discard. Cut the chicken wing at the joint by the drumette to produce two pieces. Place all of the chicken pieces onto a cookie sheet. Generously coat each chicken wing with the honey mustard mixture. Place the chicken into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take the wings from the oven and turn each piece over.
